The Project Connexion
With a 25+ year legacy, founder Cornelius de Jonge had a vision to help organisations scale with confidence.
Founded by Cornelius de Jonge — strategist, systems thinker, and performance-focused business architect — after observing a structural flaw in how businesses attempt to grow and sustain delivery. He introduced the "X-factor" approach: run your business like a project and succeed, which ultimately inspired the name The Project ConneXion.
Most companies have disconnected business domains that do not operate coherently. They juggle different approaches and disconnected tools. The level of performance visibility is often constrained, and bottlenecks are seldom properly managed. Furthermore, digitisation and systems often fail to keep pace with modern operational needs. Skills drain is common, and new recruits take a long time to become fully effective.
